Acupuncture

The origins of acupuncture in China can be traced back at least 2000 years, making it one of the oldest and most long-standing health care systems in the world. Today, acupuncture supports the treatment of a wide number of conditions.

It serves to regulate the flow of Qi (energy, called "Chee") within the body by removing blockage from various pathological factors. The result of this adjustment is a correction of the imbalance of the Qi in the body, leaving the body in a healthy state of homeostasis.

Chinese Medicine

Chinese herbal medicine, in use for the past 4,000 years in the East, provides primary health care for nearly one quarter of the world’s population and now growing rapidly throughout the world. It delivers an integrated and remarkably satisfying result by targeting the root of the underlying imbalance of the body.

Depends on each patient's unique body condition, we prescribe customised formulas (in form of tablets/ capsules/ granules/ raw herbs /herbal tea). Even when two people are suffering from the same disease, we may prescribe different formulas, as the root of the disease maybe different.

Cupping

Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy which can be traced back at least 2,000 years. It has the function of clearing the meridians, promoting blood circulation, relieving swelling and pain, dispelling wind and dispersing cold.

People get cupping for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, cold flu symptoms, etc.

Scraping Therapy

Scraping therapy (also called Gua Sha) can increase blood flow to address Qi (energy) blockage in the body, release toxins and relieve muscle tension.

Scraping therapy is generally performed along the channels/meridians on the arms, legs, back, buttocks and neck to help the Qi flows in correct way.

Nowadays, facial scraping is very popular! It is a gentle version of traditional scraping therapy, which can help improve circulation and reduce inflammation.

Paediatric massage is a specialized form of therapy that focuses on the unique needs of each child. Gentle massage techniques are used to ease discomfort, support digestive system and immune system, reduce anxiety, help with sleep, and promote relaxation. This therapy is non-invasive, and most children love it.

Auricular Therapy, also known as ear acupuncture, is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on the stimulation of specific points on the ear. These points are believed to correspond to different areas of the body and organs, similar to the concept of reflexology. By applying pressure, needles, or seeds to these points, practitioners aim to promote healing, alleviate pain, and restore balance within the body. This therapy is a popular choice for those seeking non-invasive treatment options.

Reiki Therapy

Reiki Healing

Reiki healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that aims to promote balance and well-being by channelling life force energy through the hands of a practitioner to a recipient. Reiki is based on the belief that an unseen energy flows through all living things and is vital for maintaining health.

During a session, the practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above the body in a series of positions, allowing this energy to flow into areas of need. This process is thought to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual health, fostering a sense of deep calm and connection.
